Yes. Washington PFML requires certification from a licensed healthcare provider. Our physicians are licensed in Washington State and complete the certification paperwork for qualifying claims.

You have a legal right to a second opinion. Many of our patients come to us after their PCP declined or delayed certification — and get evaluated and certified. Checking your eligibility is free — our office calls you to review your situation first, and you only book the $189 evaluation if you're a candidate. No qualification, no charge.

Same-day evaluations are available. If your condition qualifies, your certification is completed, signed, and emailed — many patients finish everything within 24 hours.

Checking if you qualify is free — you only pay once our office confirms you're a candidate and you book. The evaluation is a flat $189 — including certification and doctor's note — with a monthly fee thereafter if ongoing certification is needed. Insurance and employer forms are billed separately. No insurance runaround, no surprise fees.
